Did Bobby play it again??

Not sure. From what I've heard of a lot of the Japan recordings is that a lot of the solos are different. Maybe Richie has switched them up a bit because of his arm? Who knows.

On topic: Not to get all Backstage-ish, but that performance was amazing! Jon still has it in him, except a bit of range, but still. The whole concert sounds really good!

Yes Bobby played it. He also plays the solos of Have A Nice Day and I'd Die for You. The solo from Have A Nice Day is decent but the solo from I'd die for you is even worse than the solo from In These arms.

I guess it was because of Richie's arm. But still, Bobby shouldn't be playing solo's. That's just not right.

I totally agree with you I'd be upset if Bobby plays solos next weeks saturday in Düsseldorf.

Let us know - I am also not a fan of Bobby's playing. I'm going to be seeing Southside Johnny next Saturday so I guess Bobby won't be with him

I think Bobby does quite well with the SS stuff and with his own, but yea, normally with BJ stuff it's not so good. I thought someone said here that Jon was playing the solo (or attempting to) on I'd Die For You. Maybe that was not Sapparo though.
