I agree the song is shit ,but playing the instrumental before the opening of the show makes some bit of sense esp as its not at full volume and only an instrumental . It subconsciously gives the song an air of familiarity .If it gets a release people will feel they are familiar with it but dont know why.

This. I can't imagine them putting this out as a new single because it was played on TV during NFL games (Patriots) last season and it's opened every Bon Jovi show this tour. It's hardly new. I am thinking that it will be a tie-in with the NFL this season, and it starts in less than 2 months, so this would be good timing for this video shoot. Play it during games, as a small bump in promo for the band before the new Greatest Hits and tour. I just hope this season it's used for the NFL in general, and not the Patriots. Ugh... I HATE the Patriots!!!

That said... I liked it more than I thought I would live. It seems the people in the back are even getting into it.

I THINK they may use that video as a promo either for football or for the GH promo itself
as a single (if it is one then poor choice) they would not film it out of the blue in Regina (me think .. no offense to the regina audience) I think the filming is connected with the lightnings welcome at the city hall ..

The Saskatchewan Rough Riders from Regina ( Canadian football team) are using the song and video for promo, As far as I know it is for no other purpose.

Just as I expected, the actual song is longer. I knew when listening to the studio version it was missing a 2nd verse. Sounds good live.

After watching the YT video, this doesn't look like a single. There's not enough production there for an actual video. I bet it's promo for the NFL, or even more likely the MLB Playoffs.

yeah you are right it doesn't sound like a video for a real song ....it's again another MLB promo

waiting here for some reviews from the ppl who were at the show

Yup. In 2007 and 2008 they used ILTT, and in 2009 they used WWBTF.
