Yes, it's that time again. I'll be dusting off the Bon Jovi tshirts (well... one of them anyway) and making my way up the A6 to the north.

Just wondering what everyones plans are for Manchester. You reckon it'll be best to part in the city and find a bus or something to get out to the stadium? I'm not up for paying extortionate prices for car parks closer to the ground. What did people do last time round?

Hello!

If you're "not up for paying extortionate prices for car parks" then don't park in the city centre!!!

2 years ago we parked on the stadium car park and it wasn't overly expnsive, I think it was around £5 that's all.

I'd park in the centre and walk or get a cab. It's not that far and you'll save yourself the hassle of having to queue to get out whilst 55,000 people walk down the centre of the road!

I'm assuming they'l have the 'match day parking' set-up, Old Trafford did for The Boss' show a couple of weeks ago.

I parked at the stadium 2 years ago and I'm also sure it was only £5 (no doubt it'll be more than that if you park in the city centre) and it's a lot less messing around
