Default Ticket Q?

I was wondering if anyone could possibly answer my confusing question? If your buying tickets for a concert, but your not getting the tickets from the state the concert is in(a neighboring state), how good might they be, are they all really bad seats or a mixture of good and bad seats.

Just curious
Thanks

It doesn't matter what state you're buying the tickets from, it's first come first served. I live in Florida and I've bought tickets to Atlanta twice now, and my seats have been good both times.
