Ticketmaster Gold Tickets still not arrived!!!

Hi all

Has anyone else ordered tix from tm recently? I ordered gold ones when the new ones got released & they still havent turned up!!

I rang tm last week & someone told me they were sent out on thurs, just rang again & they said they were only printed on 23rd!! couldnt even tell me when they sent them.

TICKETS HAVE FINALLY CAME

You're prob gonna have to pick them up.....I've also had a lot of hassle with them. My girlfriend foned them yesterday to see when the tickets will arrive and we were told that it was too late to post them and we would have to pick them up at HP. My g'friend of course was'nt happy and went mental at them (we selected mail option when they were booked). The guy on the fone then said he would see what he could do and fone back. He then foned ME back and told me it was'nt possible to post them....my g'friend then foned back and went mad for an hour (yes!) down the fone at them,she demanded to speak to the supervisor (it took them 20 mins to find him) and when she asked why i had been contacted and told that the tickets couldnt be posted she was told that the post room wouldnt allow it! The bloody postroom!! She then demanded to have the managers name and a contact number for him...the supervisor didnt know his name! So that took another 20 minutes before they could get that. They then decided that the tickets could be posted by special delivery (the option i selected 2 weeks ago) and they guaranteed that we would get them before we leave for london on friday. They could have saved themselves alot of hassle if they would have posted the bloody tickets when they first said they would. I'm never using ticketmaster again,the whole thing is a complete shambles not to mention unprofessional,i mean,how the hell would you not know your managers name??!
The gig better be worth it after all this!

I ordered one of the recent Hyde Park ones - & it hasn't turned up yet.

Hopefully it'll come in todays post like mine has, if not tomorrow, fingers crossed

first they force me and my brother to sit, then my tickets are about a week late.."they will be sent by recorded delivery"...... my arse, they arrived in a scratty little white envelope

looks like someone (at least someone has some integrity) 'found' them and posted them.

Well its 2 days b4 the event and I still have not recieved my tickets,after being PROMISED on tuesday that they would be sent by recorded delivery. Guess what? I get a phone-call this morning from some ****ing idiot from ticketmaster telling me that he has the tickets and does he want me to post them or will i collect them?! Deja-vu???? AFter 2 hours on the fone on tuesday they PROMISED me that the tickets would be sent that day. My girlfriend has now been put through to another manager who probably doesnt know what he is talking about either. We are leaving for london in the morning. The whole thing is an absolute disgrace and they have shwon themselves to be complete unprofessional idiots. I have just got in touch with trading standards and they are going to let me know how I can proceed with this.
I'm never using TM again and i hope i can get everything out of them that i can. bastards.

Somebody in the first few rows had a banner today "Ticketmaster are Sh*t"..... First time he held it up he got a huge cheer... After that he kept holding it up quite frequently, still getting big cheers!
