Ticketmaster headache!

well the presale for my show is going on right now.. but it seems the only tickets i can get are the ones on the highest level.. they just went on sale 20minutes ago its hard to believe floor seats are sold out already.. then there is a note on ticketmaster Note: Tickets may not be available in all price levels and sections.
when do all the seats usually go on sale?? during the presale? or during the general public sale?

I can't really answer that for you but I put no importance on the damn presales. I've found they always have a shitty selection. Don't get discouraged, you may find something better at the general on sale. Actually, your BEST bet in my opinion would be the ticketmaster auction if they have one. Front couple of rows will be very expensive but you can get a few rows back for a decent price. Good luck!

tickets went on sale to the general public 4hours ago and they are still only selling the upper level tickets.. anyone have any idea when i can look out for the better seats???
