Ticketmaster *does* suck. They charge "convenience fees" on every ticket. Convenient for who?!?! 2 of my concert tickets...$70.00 face value, by the time fees were added on, $164.00 for the pair. They even make money off of cancelled events, the convenience charge and "handling" fees are non-refundable. They still made money off of me for a cancelled show a few years ago.
