Unlikely, AEG are a promoter not a ticket vendor - the very small amount of tickets they sell directly aren't going to attract that kind of legal action. Any Jovi tickets you bought will probably have been from ticketmaster/live nation or one of the companies they've eaten up over the years anyway.

It's only in the US and you're not likely to see it in the UK - I suspect that ticketmaster and see tickets at least will eventually be subject to the new regulations being enforced on airlines regarding booking and transaction fees but since the airlines weren't forced to refund I think it's highly unlikely ticketmaster and co will have to.
