I find the e-mail really rude, esp.the last part.

I don't understand either why they don't send them earlier. I mean, we here in Germany have souvenir tickets (nice printet tickets) either at some concerts but we get the tickets as soon as we order them. And the print and ticket is nicer and lavisher than in the UK.

I received my Dublin tickets a few weeks back from ticketmaster, but as yet still no Wembley ones. if TM ireland can send the dublin ones out i dont see why TM UK should be any different.

And incidently, ticketmaster here *does* to that new scheme where you can print your tickets, but its only on selected shows. Must still be doin it as a trial period or something.

Nope - no special policies. And your printer doesn't have to be especially good either. I don't even print mine out in colour, I just print them in black and white. It's the bar code on them that gets scanned at the door, so once it has been scanned and is in the system, no-one else will be let in even if you printed a hundred tickets. I have been doing it for about a year now and so far - have never had a problem. No - they don't look like proper tickets but you know that you won't miss them if you are planning on travelling to an event.

mind you, i would always prefer a proper ticket to a printout. I keep all my concert tickets as souveniers and stick them on my wall.
The Odyssey arena hear in belfast the stewards scan your ticket as you go in with a little hand device jobby, they dont even rip the tabs of any more, and they also accept the computer printouts.

Actually We have quite a few options in the states .You can download them ( I hate doin that paper tickets are just awful) .Or a few diffrent shipping methods .I always get them 2 day mail and pay the 20.00 bucks or so . I rather have them but thats just me . i cant wait weeks for tickets esp if im flying places or goin to multiple shows and now I travel frequently , so its better for me .

My Wembley tickets better arrive at the latest a week before the concert as I'm going 2 or 3 days before the show. They never seem to think about the people outside of the country, especially people in, France, Spain and even further away. People from around the world will be going to the Wembley gig, ticketmaster better not f**k this up.

For Croke Park I just bought my tickets outta Virgin in Belfast, wish I coulda done the same for Wembley.
