Default Ticketmaster Sucks!!!

im sorry to complain but i mean come on!!! i was in on the chicago show right at 10 am and ticketmaster kicked me out of the page then crashed several times and took about 15 minuites to even get through and by that time all that was left was upper level sidestage seats. I mean im glad i have tickets to the show but i mean this is ridiculous that brokers scoop up all the good tickets by flooding ticketmaster its just not right

Yep, could not even get decent seats at 10AM on first day of AmEx pre-sale last Saturday. It seems very corrupt. I wonder how seats are on Ebay before tickets even go on pre-sale? Upper deck here as well for Saturday show.

At least you have a show to go to. Minneapolis/St. Paul got dumped.

eta: I am SO glad I didn't dump $50 on a backstage membership to get good seats.

Can't say I've ever experienced those problems with ticketbastard either. It's a mad scramble for tickets when sales open but you have a good chance (normally) of getting through - just sucks when they allocate too many tickets to pre-sale and you simply cannot get GC on general sale day!

I hate ticketmaster too.

I managed to get seats yesterday on the second tier in row B for the Tampa show, but they took me ages to get after being thrown out about 6 times I was just lucky they didn't sell out right away.
Since then I haven't been able to get into ticketmaster at all. Anyone else have problems getting into ticketmaster.com?

Thanks

Sam

i think ticketmaster may work a little different over in the UK because here in the states it is getting more ridiculous everytime!!! and the thinkg that truly pisses me off is the fact that all the front floor seats are on stubhub or ebay even before the show is onsale anywhere (presale or general onsale) im glad i have tickets to the show and cannot wait for february to roll around but its like come on ticketmaster

O dont worry im already on it questioning exactly what happened yesterday because we the fans should not be getting kicked off the site when buying tickets and finally allowed to find tickets once they are the shit seats, something went down yesterday that i want to know about

and of course now we have booked the tickets, the easy part, we know we have to endure the scare they will give us when they will arrive the day before the concert or in my sisters case last year having to pick them up from the stadium

That we can all look forward too.
