Who the **** is Steve Vai?
Bon Jovi are one of the biggest bands in the world and precious few bands can do the type of touring Bon Jovi do and the fact is, even with these price hikes they're still very much at the low end of the big act market.

I was a little shocked at the price of the GC tickets for Wembeley but I was more then willing to pay that price for such a historic gig, so too much is certainly down to the individual to decide.

And I think it's very important to realise that it's not just Jon, Richie, Dave and Tico sitting down and deciding on the prices, there are big business realities that have to be taken into consideration, especially since this tour wont be that long. I wouldn't be surprised either if the decision to take the tour to Australia didn't play a factor in the rise in ticket prices.

As for the fanclub, well that's just the biggest joke imagineable. They are all about money and provide little or nothing of worth but as long as those blind fans over at backstage keep talking about how fantastic it is and wont tolerate any critisism of the organisation then you can be sure it will only get worse.

Bottom line, yeah tickets are pricy (what isn't these days) but they could well be considerably higher if the band or record company or promoters or whoever so wished.
