The tickets for Bon JOvi shows aren't more expensive than for other bands who are as big as they are. Some bands/singers are way more expensive (Rolling Stones, Madonna for example).

I agree though that Borgata and esp. Elements where you only go to hear the album but no live play of the band were very overprices. But they were sold out very quickly and as long as the people are willing to pay that much money, they will take it. In the End it's a business. But tour-tickets are not more expensive than other bands. They are in a good avarage price.

Tickets in generel became quite expensive though. They are now more than 100 % more expensive than 10 years ago. That's a raise that is higher than at other things you buy.
