Isn't that the standard way? The booking fee is never refundable that I'm aware of anyways.

ah but the difference is, ticket agencies booking fee is alot more. They might sell you a ticket worth £60 for £150 but if its cancelled you only get £60 back. Legit Ticket agencies booking fee is 10%
