According to my super-handy Currency convertor, $40 is £22. Now, when I went to see Alice Cooper the other night, they were selling t-shirts for £20, and I specifically said "wow, that's quite cheap". Usually I'd say you're looking at £30 for a tour t-shirt. And sweatshirts for £35, they'd normally be at least £40. So yeah, I'd say it aint actually too bad.

That's why I always go for the bootleg t-shirts sold outside although this somewhat backfired on me at Alice Cooper, as I didn't manage to find anyone selling them, so didn't get a t-shirt at all.

£30 for a tour shirt???!!!! Thats ridiculus for a t-shirt. I think Merchendise is overpriced in general. I wanted a u2 programme but I wasnt paying £10. I agree though you can get some real bargains outside the venue and you dont have to carry them all through the show

Yeah but if you buy a T shirt then once you've split your beer down your front you can change into your new T shirt

It's been known to happen
Also, if it's an outdoor stadium concert and you get soaked to the skin (ie Giants 03) you can change into your warm, dry shirt in the car.

I've been known to spend upwards of $150 a concert merchandise. Not doing it anymore though. Merchandise has been lousy the last few tours.

I might buy a thirt and a hat, and that'll be enough.

I bought a T-shirt from someone outside at a Therapy? show once. It looked cool but I washed it once and it shrunk to about half the size. Never again! I'd sooner have a program than a t-shirt anyway, I don't tend to buy them anymore unless they are particularly good.

I was hoping the really nice black t-shirt with the Hand Logo (thats over on backstage) on the front was on sale at the concerts. It costs too much with shipping to get it over here...but if its not gonna be at the shows then I think I will get it beforehand!

Most of the Jovi shows I've seen, usually just have shirts that have the bands picture on them and such...and being a guy, I've always thought that wearing those would probably look kind of cheesy. I think the merchandise for this tour is good. Painfully overpriced...but good, nonetheless.

That sold out one sounds cool. I am a girl and I think that the band shirts with their pictures on them are cheesy too- I mean unless it is a small type of pic of the band. I think from the sounds of it I will just be getting a tour program this time.... last tour I spent way too much $ but I did buy the JESRSEY sweatshirt w/ the Bounce logo on the sleeve and I do wear that all the time. However most concert t's I just wear around the house and to sleep in and they are really expensive.

The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3
