Default Tour Thoughts

The setlists seem to be all the same.

I wonder why they dont vary the Bounce songs they sing, Like they havent got Love Me Back To life in there or All bout Loving You, Im very surprised bout that one since it is gonna be the next single.

I hate the thought of Twist and Shout as the last song. I would LOVE I beleive or Never Say Goodbye as the last song.

I am missing Lay Your Hands On Me sooo bad, I really hope they play it in Dublin. I used to hate that song so much until I heard it on the OWN tour and fell in love with it.

LOL, and I thought you were gonna say something different than the song/set list thingy. I'm already worrying myself sick over certain things regarding the tour, God only knows how I'm gonna survive when I'm actually there on the road.

I am telling you, it is such a great show it won't matter. Of course they did not play twist and shout, so I wasn't put through that horror. But as for the setlist, I was critical myself, but there is so much energy and enthusiasm, you are just happy to see them live.

Jeez, I belong at Backstage with those comments. Anyway, no matter, it really was that good!

BTW, I wasn't really happy with the Crush tour so this did make up for it.

I agree with the anti-twist and shout sentiments. I go to hear bon jovi original songs, closing with never say goodbye would be amazing, but I'll settlle for the classic close with wanted. I also would like the band to save some of their big old hits (ie prayer and bad name) for the end of the concert, so some of the less informed fans will be able to get into it more.

Like what? Now you got me thinking if I should be worried, too

BTW, Anu, how is the "big G" doing?

You know, queueing & stuff... My health, which doesn't seem to be able to deal with any kind of stress these days.

The "Big G" is doing quite alright actually... Got one or two more chapters left of the Finnish summary, plus the one-page abstract, and then I'm done. Thank goodness.

i have been wondering that for ages, why has All About Loving You not been included in the set every night, i have never known for a band (not just bon jovi, i mean any band..) not to play their latest or forthcoming single.

But isn't AALY the next single only for Europe? Maybe that's why they don't play it in USA and Canada.

The queuing worries me too, I'm too afraid to even think about the pressure and rush and everything. The biggest concert I've been to was about 25,000 persons, now there might be 100,000 people in a concert.

We were very lucky in 2001 for the own tour with regards queuing. We were at the end of the queue. And at 5pm when the gates opened we were slowly moving along when one of the people directing us turned around and brought us to another entrance to let us in! YAY! So that was good.

Although that time there wasnt any problem moving when we were in there. No one was moving around while Bon Jovi were on. But while the support acts where playing everyone was moving up!
