Touring

I know there is not going to be a world "tour" this year but does anyone know if the band will be playing Gillette Stadium (home of the New England Patriots) in Foxboro, MA this summer???
After last year's concert there, Jon announced even though they were not going to tour this year, they WOULD be back there to do a performance.
I thought since the New England Patriots won the championship, they definitely would think about doing somthing like that.
Just wondering if anyone has heard anything as of yet about this, if it happens I think it would be some time in August??? That is all everyone was talking about after the concert was how excited he seemed to be playing Gillette Stadium and that "promise" of Jon's to come back this year because he loves the Patriots and the Boston fans. I hope he is able to keep his "promise" especially since we won the championship, the Boston fans will be ecstatic.

As you wrote in your first sentence by yourself, they won't tour this year. They all concentrate on things outside of the band this year, like movies, football and Richie is working on a solo album.
