Yeah Y.V, I had seen the pics online - the bar looked very swish. I think it will be out of most peoples price ranges to be honest. Weatherspoons sounds like a good alternative actually. Just a shame they have no music licence or won't stay open past 11pm...

Sure did. I tried every-which-way-possible! Ended up paying £30 to get to London and I think £11 coming back. I remember even a few years ago, I was able to book a return journey for £16! Pffft!

Kev have you thought about getting the coach. I got a £10 return ticket from Liverpool to London for the gigs.

IF I end up getting a last minute concert tickets, up in the Gods, I will get the coach down there for a fiver each way. I hate coach journeys that far, however I won't mind so much if I've got there for next to nothing.

(I didn“t want to start a new thread because of this)

I haven“t been to England for awhile. Having bought tickets for 2 of the shows at the O2 Arena, I was just wondering, are pocket cameras allowed or not?

On the Arena“s web site it is said that all sorts of cameras are prohibited. Anyway, on the LH tour, at least in my country, almost everybody in the GC had a digital camera with them and there were no obvious problems because of that. And, everybody“s got a cell phone camera these days anyway.

Could anybody please advice me

Although ive not been the to O2 itself, ive been to a few arenas across the country, and cant see it being a problem at all.

Ok, thank you. I suppose taking cameras away at the gate would be bizarre...

To you people who are traveling by coach/train:

Is your return journey straight after the show? And where are you departing from? I'm looking ideally to head back after the gig (as opposed to the next day) but don't want to risk not making it back to the coach/train station in time.

Cheers

You would be really pushing it to get a train/coach back, as the main stations are a while away from the O2, so you would need to Tube it to their. And given the time of night, the stations will be packed. We are just heading home the next day.
