Default Twickenham - Engineering works between Clapham Junction and Twickenham Station

WTF is this gayness? Can anyone explain what effect it's actually going to have?

TWICKENHAM STADIUM, BON JOVI CONCERT: On Friday 27 and Saturday 28 June, between 1500 and 2355 each day, approximately, Route 267 is diverted in both directions between London Road (Chertsey Road Roundabout) and Twickenham (King Street), not serving Twickenham Station. Please expect delays.
TWICKENHAM STADIUM, BON JOVI CONCERT: On Friday 27 and Saturday 28 June, between 1500 and 2355 approximately each night, Route 281 will be revised to operate in two sections; between Tolworth Broadway and Twickenham (King Street) and between Teddington (Park Road) and Hounslow Bus Station, but diverted in both directions between Fulwell Cross and Whitton Church. Please expect delays.

I have no idea what or where these places are, but it doesnt sound good at all. They really pick the best times eh?

These works are affecting bus routes not train routes. Trains will still be fine. I'm relatively local (Wimbledon) and they do this perdiodically. Recently it's been the train so it could be a lot worse.

Yeah, I actually figured that out when I picked up the leaflet about the Stadium and saw that those were the numbers of the buses. TFL told me about it when I searched the Train journey though

Hello mate. Quickest way is to get the overland. Takes about 30 mins and no changes if you get a train after 12.43pm. Before that you usually need to change. Check www.thetrainline.co.uk
