how on earth does this work out?
im a loyal fan, booked in advance and get shit seats - i rang up ticketmaster to complain and they couldnt give a **** as they have my money. I even offered to pay extra to upgrade - they wernt interested at all.
annoyingly if i were to book 2 tickets again (i did a dummy booking y'day) i could get higer up in the middle tier and closer to the stage. i just dont understand how this can be?
i feel well and truly ripped off.
i wont be "booking in advance" again.

I feel your frustration as that's happened to me several times in the past. When I used the presale link it was specifically to get GC tickets. I didn't go for seated in case I got lumbered with cr*ppy seats.
Bottom line is this - don't feel pressured into using these pre-sales as a lot of the time you find that it's the 'non-premium' seats that are being sold first. I know that's been the case with the Queen pre-sale for their tour in October. I used their pre-sale link and secured seats in Level 4 at the O2! Hardly worth the effort!
