Typical review of a Bon Jovi show
I'll just post this one part, as it's all that needs to be said:
Bon Jovi opened with two songs from "The Circle" - "Blood On Blood," a dramatic anthem of nostalgia, friendship and fidelity from the new record, followed by "We Weren't Born to Follow," which included a video montage with inspirational figures including President Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Winston Churchill, Desmond Tutu, Lance Armstrong and the Wright Brothers. While the sentiments were admirable enough, it felt rather mannered - certainly the following "You Give Love a Bad Name" felt like a breath of fresh air.
