Now the circle or the pit or whatever you want to call it at the U2 SHOW is 250.00.For BJ it's at 1800.00.Now to all the people that were against me and to all the people that defended BJ'S puny stage show get a grip.

Yep, I agree with you.
I also mentioned about an article in the paper here about a promoter saying that the artist/manager is fully aware of what ticket prices are. Jon cannot defend his high prices anymore.
I am not a big U2 fan but at $39 a ticket I am considering going just to see what they are like in concert.
Obviously Jon does not care about getting in new fans (which U2 will get a lot of new ones at those prices) because he knows the older fans will pay high prices to see them. Unless fans refuse to pay, he will keep those prices high.
U2 has now been billed as the biggest rock act this summer - Bon Jovi have virtually been wiped off the radar and since they are playing only 10 days before Bon Jovi I reckon there will be alot of comparisons made especially about the ticket prices.
Knowing Jon, if this U2 stuff pisses him off he may not tour down under again anyway.
A few years ago, I had heard that he got annoyed and said he would never play Telstra Dome again, so I wonder if he realizes Etihad is the same stadium, just with a new name.
I would be very reluctant to pay to see Bon Jovi again after this tour unless the prices come down to something reasonable.
