No, My son was sat other side of the letterbox all day, they definitely did NOT attempt to deliver to my house, we would not have missed it. They delivered to a different address nowhere near to my house, they werent our neighbours .We tried our house number in different streets as a desperate last resort, no card through the door either. At the end of the day DHL misread the address, delivered them to someone else and then denied all reponsibility.My son emailed them a complaint and got no response.

I've not had my Manchester GC tickets yet. Just sent AEG an email to see what's going on. Will post back when I hear anything.

the best one was when i was sent an invoice to pay import duties for a parcel sent from Cardiff to London. last time i checked Wales was part of the UK AND part of the European Union... so what import duties?? some people are just so incompetent... or maybe it's deliberate? i wonder how many times they get away with it.

I'm going to all UK shows but have only received HRC tickets as yet. I won't start to worry until much nearer the time as this is common practice on every Jovi tour.

says on EventIM website and invoice that if the tickets have not arrived a week before show to contact them ASAP

Reply I've had from AEG says dispatch will be 7-14days prior to the concert. So between 10th and 17th for Manchester which feels mighty close if there's nobody in to collect them.
