Free-phone number: 0800-988-4452 is the number that you need btw, and make sure you ask for a Royal Mail Tracking Number so you can track the delivery yourself.

Thanks for this. Just gave them a ring and was told they have "just" been sent. So recently in fact, they were unable to give me a RM Tracking number! They said perhaps I should ring again if they are not here by Wednesday! Thought AEG would be less hassle than Ticketmaster!

I have ordered 2 tickets for Manchester, one with AEG and one with Ticketmaster.

I had a 'Sorry we missed you' note from Royal Mail through the door yesterday, so I went online and rearranged delivery for tomorrow (Friday).

The postman knocked today however needing me to sign for a letter which ended up being my AEG ticket. So now I'm wondering if the AEG ticket I got today is just the one from yesterday, or if yesterday was the Ticketmaster ticket...
