The only dates that are quite sure since they were posted on the homepage of the sponsor are Frankfurt/Germany on April 26 + 27.

No other dates are known yet.

I think the tour kicks off in australia, in december (at least thats wot i've heard)

Yeah..Jon said that they will tour Australia in December when he did a radio interview the other day.
