I think they will hit Europe late next summer. I know for a fact from people working there that AEG has sent requests to the carriers of the Commerzbank Arena in Frankfurt and the Olympic Stadium in Munich regarding a potential concert date in late August / early September.
But well, that's about it

so it seems they are planning to tour europe during august-september, maybe july as well.
i cant help but think the release of the record and the tickets match the superbowl date in new jersey(metlife), it may is a coincidence but i m sure jon would love to start this tour/release with so much exposure, this would be an honor for the band.

They will probably tour both US and Europe in 2013. As some other areas, depending on demand. Like David Bryan mentioned, tour will start around January (before the album comes) and last a year. I think Jon wants that Tour of the year(2013) award so he will squeeze everything in there.

I think the Tour will end round about the Superbowl 2014.

I wish I could agree with you (because I'd love to see Jon pump 100% into some mega-rarities) but I honestly don't think that would make a difference. The American crowds (by and large) want hits, and songs that "sound like Bon Jovi."

I'm surprised about Frankfurt, I'd expected Jon to explicitly wish for no more concerts there considering the acoustics even bothered him, but oh well. They're also working on the Gelredome in Arnhem, The Netherlands for next year.
