it looks like rolling stones will be on the road next year celebrating the 50 years mark, which by the way they passed last year.
a new greatest hits with 2 news songs, 4 shows in o2 london and brooklyn's new arena seem to be the kick off of a world tour next year, so jon will probably have a rival touring wise who is almost impossible to beat, it will be nice to have another stones tour though

So by the looks of things a 2013 European Tour is indeed set to happen.
I'm intrigued to see how well tickets sell given the short absence. Will the demand by there?

I also hope the Diamond Circle is withdrawn this time around - ridiculous concept.

Better start saving regardless.

there are some rumours floating around here in greece about the bj tour...a friend in the forum also informed me about this. the album title is gonna be twelve round!!!(sth fitting imo, if it was totally fake it could easily be what about now, and i guess it fits jons attitude, i may be way off though)
the rumours say that bj are gonna play wembley in march!!!and that they are gonna visit greece for 2!!!dates, one in "kalimarmaro"an ancient great ampitheatre which holds probably 20.000 people and one in thessaloniki, the second largest city in greece. it's probably fake but i wouldnt totally reject it. as months go by jon will probably mention the album title, if its "twelve round"then the source was right.
the rumours also mentioned dates in rock in rio-brasil, france, tokyo, russia, spain, portugal and australia in 2014...lets see...

I do wish all involved with the Jovi tours would just pull their fingers out and play Wembley.

Finally Twitter is of use nowadays for BJ info. From Matthew Bongiovi

Attention fan club members who need to renew. DO IT SOON. Dates are going to be announced soon and FC Pre-sale will happen soon after.

Make sure you already have active membership or you will not have access to FC tickets. The are going to announce tour THIS MONTH
Some of his responses to questions:

Quote:
the tour starts in February. When would you recommend putting the tour on sale?
Quote:
has it ever in 30 years not included the UK
Quote:
depending on markets some tickets will go on sale this month. Then various markets through the rest of the year. No more detail

Ignoring the nonsense scaremongering to get people to waste their money signing up for the fanclub, looks like dates are soon (possibly fanclub getting the heads up first) and tickets on sale soon for a tour staring in Feb, which will include the UK.

Aloha !

I Don't really understand why anyone from the U.K. would need to sign up soon for tickets that'll be available through pre-sale anyway. It's not as if the good spots are saved by Backstage anyway. The same goes for America, Backstage gets assigned seats per section but they're never the best seats in the house, those go on sale during the general presale or are sold to VIP's, so there's no need to rush when it comes to Europe or the U.S.A. But Backstage likes money and I'm sure Matt could use a new pair of shoes after the amount of walking he did last tour, so you're all paying for his this time. If you're lucky he'll let you clean them as well.

As for me; I'll surely do a few shows but this tour is coming way too soon and too many other bands (Aerosmith, Eric Clapton, Joe Cocker, Rolling Stones, Stereophonics) will all be touring next year as well. Considering the amount of shows I've seen last tour I intend to spend my money in a different way and will decide a few weeks before the shows whether I'll go or not. I was able to buy GC tickets 4 weeks before a show last time, so I'll be able to this time as well.

I'm sure his tweets have caused some people to start stressing about shows already though, I've seen it happen before and it'll happen again. It's a shame Matt is such a humourless mong that he doesn't really get that.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
