There are VIP tickets available for manchester. Basically you pay extra to have a car parking space, access to a bar and a seated ticket.

Not really worth an extra £30

Maybe you should ask the local promoter of the concert you want to go. Usually they sell VIP-tickets for every concert. As Paul aready said, you just pay for some food, a comfortable seat somewhere on the tribune and a parking space and maybe the sight of some local "celebritys". VIP-tix even aren't the seats with the best view. If you have the hope to get to meet BJ, I have to dissapoint you.
