The Bradley Center is in downtown Milwaukee. Unfortunately, the downtown hotels are booked, because both Marquette and UW-Milwaukee are having graduation that weekend.

BTW, $300 for a ticket in section 1, row 6 isn't close to face value. It's about double. I'm buying a ticket behind the stage for this one, and I'll see if I can upgrade later. (I hadn't planned on going to this show, so I didn't buy during the Backstage pre-sale like I usually do.) I've used the strategy that Erik described for some shows, but I'm not counting on it for this one, because I know of a LOT of people looking for good tickets. With this being one of the last shows in the U.S. for who knows how long, a lot of people are deciding to add it.

The Intercontential Milwaukee still has rooms as of an hour ago. It is a 4 star with a 14 minute walk. This is where we are staying

Thanks for the heads-up, but they seem to be requiring a 2-night stay. When I search for just Saturday night I get nothing. If I add Sunday, it shows that there are rooms available. Tricky. Since I'm flying in on the day of the show and leaving the next morning for the show in St. Louis, that one won't work for me. This is good to know, though. There might be others that are doing the same thing. I'll try some of the downtown hotels right before that weekend to see if they've relaxed that requirement.

I am really happy you are going! Just having a few die hards there, makes me feel like I might get something special. You have gotten Hey God, and that means you have better luck than me. Seeing them mainly in the south pretty much guarentees no fan favorites, and certainly no rarities (except Open All Night twice).

I think if we can coordinate our effort, we might be able to get something accomplished. Top songs I want to see:
Anything These Days but mainly This Aint a Love Song or As my guitar (yeah right). I would certainly be happy with title track, Hey God, STBI, and certainly Letting You Go
Wild is the Wind
Mystery Train
I Believe

Also, Thorn and BrokenPromiseLand are the two Circle tracks I have missed thus far that I would really like to see. And I know they will be forgotten after this tour.

So what do think? Should we go for one song? A long shot or safe? Any of those you'd like to see? Would we be wasting our time? Thoughts please.

She has not gotten Hey God which is why she is on a quest for it. Brokenpromiseland will never be played as Jon has mentioned a few times now his dislike for playing the track live. It was played live once in the first city of the tour and that is all, and will probably stay that way. As for Thorn, I doubt it will be forgotten, but I think it will be a very rare song in upcoming tours.

Oh and a co-ordinated effort on hearing a song live is most certainly a good idea, I have first hand experience with that.

Good luck with everything though.

I misread her banner to read Quest fulfilled for hey God. But that was for These Days I guess. I am aware that BPL has only been played once. I haven't seen any interviews but it is kind of obvious that Jon doesn't want to play it. Based on the youtube video, I thought the performance was pretty good. I think it could have been a really good opener had they played it a few more times and got comfortable with it. But that is just me and I am just a fan who likes that song. I think it is one of the best songs on TC, top 3 or 4.

I see Thorn being like Last Cigarette, Novacaine, Two Story Town, Right Side, etc. A song they pull out 15%-40% of the tour and never hear again. I think BJ will view TC much like Bounce. In future tours, if we get anything it will be WWBTF or God forbid, WFTWM. Then again, you could be right. It could be a Story of my Life or I Got the Girl.

What song did you work to see? Any suggestions on how to go about it?

I requested Something To Believe In and they played it in Vancouver. It was a joint effort from people in the pit and outside of the pit.

And on a different note, I'll be happy if The Circle is forgotten, however I hope they do keep Love's The Only Rule & Thorn occasionally.

I hope Born To Follow becomes an "Everyday"... Both failed lead singles, played everyday of the bounce tour, and then pretty much forgotten after.

Unless something changes, I'm not going to have a good enough seat that anyone in the band will be able to SEE (nevermind READ) a sign that I'm holding! LOL I'm still hoping that a friend will find an upgrade and let me buy her original ticket or that Backstage will drop some more, but it may not happen. On the other hand, I have good tickets in both Memphis and St. Louis. I'm planning to have signs for Hey God at all of them. In fact, I'll break out the Hey God signs in Atlanta the weekend before. Maybe, just maybe, if Jon sees them often enough, he'll pencil it in again. It is at least a song that they've done this year.

I bet you went ape sh!t! ...I would have. I'd probably wouldn't have believed my ears until the song was nearly over. Good for you, that is awesome! Plus, the set was already really good before STBI.

Love/Rule is certainly the best Circle song I have seen live. I enjoyed WWWB too and I think ST is far better live than on the album... still not a huge fan, but my wife likes it alot. However, I'd just as soon never hear Born to Follow, Work, or Happy Now ever again.
