I appreciate JBJ's ability to hold a crowd's attention. Unfortunately, here in the states a good 95% of the crowd are not people who would ever visit jovitalk or any other place where die-hards hang out. As such, I'm sure setlists here are designed primarily to give the crowd a good show. The Nashville show (which I attended) was a good show. Would I like to have heard "Stick To Your Guns?" Absolutely. But, would the other 95% of the audience head out for a bathroom break? Probably. "Love's The Only Rule" was a great example of this. I was in the upper deck and my section was sitting down during what was a great performance of a fantastic song (I got asked to sit down).
That's one of the problems with a band like this that has so many radio hits. Tons of people come to see the tours but they are mainly familiar with the radio hits and anything else is an excuse to get a beer (or get rid of the beer they had earlier).
