If they haven't sold VIP packages by now, then it would make sense to drop the VIP part and sell the tickets on their own.

That is very annoying! Anyone know if upgrading is a possibility?

Will try to sell my Gold ones in the hope of getting some Diamond ones ..... Risky procedure but worth a try!

Sorted - asked for refund on Gold ones (based on no Richie!) and then bought Diamond.... well chuffed! Just got to hope I get the refund Ok now as they won't give it to me until tickets have arrived back..... husband will kill me if I don't get it! lol (Paid on credit card so quite prepared to dispute original purchase if it comes to it!!)
