Was already posted in the "Youtube" thread.....
My 9 year old has been to 3 concerts already:

1) Milton Keynes on the HAND tour. We put a tent up outside and, while I stayed in the tent with a 4 month old baby, my wife took our daughter in. Security let them in for free!!! They only stayed in for about 45 mins.
2) O2 in 2010
3) Villa Park

I don't get paying for a kid that small to go in DC though - kid will have forgotten it already..... let alone in a few year's time.

Here in Argentina people under 3 years old enter for free. I've never seen anybody bringing a kid into a concert, but if somebody wanted to, it wouldn't be any troubles as long as the parents pay the Diamond Circle.
