Bollocks. For a stag/hen do these are exactly the places to go to. Who on a stag do wants to bars which is a mixture of pretentious idiots and students. I'll give you Slaters, its decent (and cheap). Jeebies is shite. 60s hippy music and its full of weirdos. Mojo's - dont get me started. You'll be lucky you make it to the bar, its too busy. When you get to the bar its £4 a bottle. Shipping Forecast is a joke. No fun atmosphere - it used to be Flares. Brilliant in there. Nothing on tap. The Raz is decent for stags (The Blue Angel).

You have a point actually with Bar Ceva. Aside from the bouncers being pricks you can get shots of different flavoured tequila for a £1 - and play Russian Roulette with the chilli flavour.

If you stick to the 2 places mentioned there are lots of streets off the 2 areas teaming with bars.

Also Liverpool has the most amount of Lap Dancing clubs for any city for its size in the UK.

Didn't realise it was for a stag do, places I mentioned are more for a normal night out in town. You have to go to Slaters.

Don't go the Raz, I vow never to go every night out but always end up in there. Its like hell.

Mojo is great before 10.30-11 when it gets busy. Excellent music.

Yeah but the Raz was always guaranteed "ten to two" brass. Back when it shut at 2. Now it's open till 6 it's lost it's appeal

Just read your initial post, then decided against driving as originally planned......!

Just look at trains, but they aren't suitable, last train i can get back is 1935hrs from Aston to Market Harborough in Leicestershire (any later and i don't get back untl 0530hrs and i dont fancy kipping at New Street!)

Is there any park and ride facilities nearby?
Or does anyone know if any coaches are being put on etc? I'm concerned about getting there in time to park anywhere safe and can't imagine dropping off/picking up will be easy with the number of fans!!

Also, anyone know what time doors are officially opening yet? Last i read was 1600hrs but TBC - i can't remember doing a Sunday for Bon Jovi before so can't compare.
