Default VIP area Milton Keynes Sunday 11th June

Hi

Did anyone else buy the VIP upgrade? Me and my husband did, we must have been in the VIP section about 20 minutes when the idiots on the BBQ set a gas bottle on fire and we were all evacuated. My husband kept going back to check if it was reopening and it wasn't. It re-opened when the concert finished, a lot of good that is!!!!!
So basically we paid £25 each for 20 minutes!!!
I have spoken to ticketmaster and they said that i will be entitled to a refund but that it is not there responsibilty it is AEG as the tour promoters, i have emailed them twice and not heard anything back.
Please post if you had the same experience, maybe if enough of us email they will take us seriously.
The actual concert was amazing though, i can't believe they did These Days, this was my fourth concert and they have never done it before. Totally made my night!!!!
