Uh...all I could see what to do is "demand" they come to Norwich. Like Bon Jovi is gonna come to Norwich.

Have I missed the point?

The way I read it - the band (or person) that gets the most demands will win.
From the site:

"The artist with the most demanders will win the Best Concert of the Year"

What I want to know is why best concert - this isn't best tour?
