The description of the diffrent categories were excatly the same as offered to Bon Jovi fans
(just that your tier 1 and 2 areas were called gold and diamond circles):

GA Tier 1 – access to the area directly in front of the stage
GA Tier 2 – access to an area closer to the stage than general admission
GA Tier 3 – access to the main spectator area

After the event was announced sold out, they released this layout map that shows Tier 1/2 (Diamond/gold circles) customers have been conned.

When confrontated with this, the promoters changed the description of the tiers/circles:

Tier 1 tickets provide:

Separate fast track entrance to the site

Direct access to The Garden, an exclusive area with its own toilet facilities, bar and food stalls, providing the shortest possible queues

Access to an enclosed area with an excellent view of the main stage and plenty of space, allowing you to come and go as you please

Tier 2 tickets provide:

Separate fast track entrance to the site

Direct access to The Garden, an exclusive area with its own toilet facilities, bar and food stalls, providing the shortest possible queues

Access to an enclosed area directly behind Tier 1 with an excellent view of the main stage and plenty of space, allowing you to come and go as you please

Tier 3 tickets provide:

General admission through the main entrance
Access to all general admission areas, including the possibility to stand directly in front of the main stage – if you get there early enough!

And just for the information, Rob Hallett (the man in charge of the event) has confirmed to several customers that this very setup will be the same for both Bon Jovi and The Stones.

We have both been fooled the same way.
