Default Wembley review - got a couple of hours?

WOW!!!!!!! That night was so amazing the best night of my life!!!!!! As good as Cardiff last year at least, although a little shorter! It was my second Jovi gig and I will never forget it! Well, here's my (rather detailed from my PoV) review:

First of all we had a great warm up in the morning with Bj on CDUK, they looked very tired but great!

Anyway, we (my parents, sister and myself) left the house at about half 2. When we got near London I put Capital FM on the radio to see if they said anything about the concert, and of course they did! They even played Everyday which was great cos I'd never heard it on the radio before, only on the net.

We got there and joined the queue at 5.15 The doors finally opened at 6.10 so we waited almost an hour adn I was very impatient and nervous! When we got in they searched our bags, and I was worried they would search my pockets and findmy disposable cameras but luckily they didn't I then saw they wre selling Tshirts and programmes so I ran straight there and bought a Tshirt (for £28!) and a program.

Then we went to our seats, the were in section A2, in row 22, this was the last row in section A but it was still very close! We waited very impatiently for the concert to start, and finally Toploader came on stage. I thought they were quite good and some people and me stood up for them. Then Chris Tarrant appeared on a little podium in the middle of the arena, not on the stage, which was quite surprising, but it was close to us which was good and I took lots of photos of him. Then he got some people from the audiene and did a little quiz thing to win £1,00, which was quite funny.

Then the concert continued, and the All Star band played, I though they were quite good and stood up although not many other people did. Then Appleton played next, I won't say much about them for fear of offending anyone here that may like them but they looked like they didn't want to be there and they left the stage after 2 songs and didn't even say anything. then we had a 20 minute break, everyone was so nervous and excited because we knew Bon Jovi would play next, and some people started doing a mexican wave around the arena which was really fun and I took a photo of it.

Then finally the lights went off and the break ended, chris came on stage and started talking but I think his microphone wasn't working at first and we were shouting so loud that you couldn't hear anything. He was talking about a competition that someone in the audience would win a big prize, and they had all the ticket stubs in a big he was holding and they would choose the winner by picking out one of the ticket stubs and they would tell us the ticket number on monday morning on capital radio. Then David Seaman, the English goal keeper came on stage and we cheered really really loud, and he picked one of the ticket stubs, but by then nobody was paying attention to him, because Richie, Tico, David and Hugh came on stage and stood by their instruments! I screamed so loud you wouldn't believe it!

They started playing Living on a Prayer, and I was waiting for Jon to come out, and suddenly I heard him singing but he wasn't on stage, and I realized that he was on the little podium in the middle of the arena!!!!! So everyone near an aisle ran to it, including me of course!!! I didn't get completely close to him but I was closer than I ever was in my whole life!!!! I screamed and jumped and sang like crazy (and took lots of photos). Then Jon jumped off the podium and went around the side of the arena towards the stage, but he didn't come down my aisle but everyone was running down towards the stage so I did the same, and I got right to the front!!!The only people in front of me were the security guards. I went crazy! I was even closer to Jon than before and I swear we made eye contact for a milisecond! Of course I took lot of photos and my camera ran out, so I took the other one out of my pocket and started taking photos with that one. I stayed there through You give love a bad name, and It's My life and sang together with another woman. Jon also said something betweent the songs, but I was creaming so much and trying to take photos so I didnt hear him at all. But when he was singing his voice was on top form and the music sounded absolutely amazing!! I didn't really notice what they were wearing, I think Jon wore tight jeans and a black sleevless top and Richie wore union jack trousers which were very cool!

Then we got sent back to our seats by the bouncers I got back my seat and my Mum and I waved our "I love Bon Jovi Always banner for a short while. BJ then played 3 of the new songs, Undivided, Everyday and Bounce. They were all sooooo great!!!! I can't believe such amazing music actually exists! I can't wait for the new album! The only problem was that I was jumping around so much one of the cameras fell out of my pockets, but I found it on the floor in the aisle thankfully. They then playedWanted Dead or Alive , Keep the Faith, and Bad Medicine. It was really great but there was no ventialtion and it was SO hot, I was sweating like crazy, my tshirt was completely wet. My stomach really hurt and my lungs, and I had no water left to drinnk, but I didn't care, I had to carry on! They finished with Shout, which was great, and then they left saying they would be back soon. They played just over an hour. Then we all started shouting Bon Jovi, but Chris said that was it and they weren't coming back on.

thanx if you made it this far! If you didn't, manage to read thorugh al my ramblings, basically it was an awesome night, with the only flaw being that it ended!

I'll put my pics on the net once they are developed and if they're good!

Jovi hugs KTFA
