what an idea!

Lets make an entire new section of this board to discuss SET LISTS! I am sick of it! I come to the tour section to hear about people's experiences at the shows, to hear that tonight jon made their night, or what jon did or said at the show. Sometimes i like hearing... "Oh they played DAMNED" or "NEVER SAY GOODBYE" but this board is turning into the setlist debate board. Its so unfair to the people that have never seen the band. just a thought.

This section has been made to discuss the setlists and shows. If you've got any ideas of making better discussions, then start one. If not, don't complain.

Now about set litst.

The last three I've seen have been very ordinary. Things looked a lot more promising after the set they played was it last week, including Never Say Goodbye. But having looked at the last few sets, I've been bitterly disapointed.... What do you all think

They'll change and improve for Europe!!!

I most certainly hope so. I don't want to see 8 similar shows. I read someone had seen 3 shows with only 2 or 3 changes and the person could know in the last show what Jon would say next....

I find this forum boring because all the sestlist talk too. There's more to the tour than the setlist.

Well Becky i don't know what your problem is.. This is an messageboard where you can discuss things. If you want to love your Jon go to backstage.

I get bored reading the same thing over and over and over and over and over again. There's rarely any NEW discussion about the setlists.

No that's not the problem. The problem is that you and some others don't like the discussions about the setlists. It's like me complaining in the picture section that most of the pictures are about how Jon smiles, eats, dresses etc. I'm not complaining about that too.

But if you're bored with those discussions, why don't you all start a better one then ? It seems like a lot of people like them, since there are so many replies on them.

And there's no one who tells you that you are not allowed to skip them.

Exactly, I couldn't have put it better myself.....

Also, I define a good discussion as one that last quite a while, includes a few different people, and does contain some longer posts, or at least longer sustained arguments. The posts on set lists generally does, so I think they're good discussion. People shouldn't stop discussing them whilst they've still got somethign to say, if it's boring, then it won't be a problem because peole won't be posting on those topics, if it's boring for you, don't read them, it's as simple as that!
