I think it certainly hasn't hurt the band to have the exposure on the country market. Country music today is alot closer to mainstrem pop/rock than it is to traditional country,I think the crossover is a good thing for the band here in the US. As for fans, yeah I think some of the "older" fans that migrated to country when kiddy pop and rap took over mainstream rock/pop are rediscovering BJ, but I also think that regular country fans who were never into rock/pop have discovered that it isn't all bad. This was agood move for the band here.
