well fanclub members get a number so they can come and go in the que at the place they started at without no hassle from others

yeah but by writing a number on their hand gives them the right to what, rent the space? i'm not allowed to move to the front rows because they have a number?
excuse me, but if you can't handle the pushing take seats or something. even if i were a fc member it would never cross my mind to stop someone from going to the front or wherever they'd wish.

and it's not a personal attack or anything - i don't know who is a fc member and who's not - but their overall attitude is really bad.

Remember the days of having to turn up to a gig in the morning, queuing all day in the pooring rain or scorching heat (ok, ok, I admit I've only ever seen Bon Jovi in England so the latter won't apply) just to get the chance to get into the venue and gain an advantage over the rest of the fans? Then having to stand your ground at every minute, so as no tough nut pushed infront of you. It was a dog eat dog world.

Ah, the days...

haha, i got out of the front rows at dublin just after nickelback but no-one would let me back through to my space, took forever to get back to where i was, i do have to say all the blokes were letting me through and so were women but young females early 20s you dont stand a chance of getting through!

Well I started queueing at around 10:30am in Dublin, I queued up in the queue next to backstagers, then some girls came round asking us which tickets we had - I had GC so I was told go to the right hand side of the queue. I had a number written on my hand (31 btw) in blue and then we were let inside gates to form another line -that one was the confusing part - they kept moving the line and trying to get ppl in numerical order also. people who had GC tickets in the main queue got wristbands but some GA pitch ppl did too.
I had no problem going back out from the pit with just my wristband though i had my ticket in my pocket just in case. I was bout 5 rows back (that's including the fanclub members ahead of me). Not bad, but wanted to clatter 3 girls who claimed they were looking for a friend but were trying to skip in ahead of us to get closer to the front....we kept elbowing them till they bloody hell well moved out of our space!!! lol the joys!!! just keep pestering the security on which queue you are to be in and make sure its right with the others!!!

I think it should be first come first serve and no fan club pit or even gold circle pit n those who are prepared to queue for hours on end to get to the place they want should get it

Well they have to give us something more than a stupid silly message board for our $40

And I love the fact I dont have to queue at all hours to get up near the front. Cos well Im lazy and I like my sleep. Works well for me

Theres always an FC pit at all concerts isnt there?
Or is that just some bands?
