Well I'm way too young to say anything about every tour so I can only judge based on video recordings and bootlegs:
"7800" tour in Japan was great because it gives you the chance to hear songs which will be never played again(I'm sure about this) like "burning for Love", "only lonely", "shot through the heart"(so great with "bang,bang" at the beginning)
SWW tour was cool because of really balanced setlists.
NJ tour was just big, loads of people are complaining like "this tour killed Bon Jovi, it was way too exhausting", but i think that tours like the Syndicate tour make a band special. If they would have toured back then as lazy as they do today they wouldn't have becaome that popular.
NJ tour is the best, Moscow on its own wins the contest
