I found it really odd that STYG was played by Richie here. *shrugs* i can't remember the last time it was played and was wondering if anything has been heard about it coming back like dry county did...

The fact that Richies been playing about with it gives us some hope that maybe it may show up again next tour. He obviously still likes the song!
And im hoping American idol reminded Jon that This Aint a love song is also a great track.

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

I'd love to hear STYG, or anything off of These Days.

He's playin his new Martins Sig there. Sounds pretty good. I doubt they will be adding that to the set. Remember when there was bon jovi TV around the crush era? It had some footage of Richie playing Harlem Rain and something else during a sound check. I think he's probably just playing whatever comes to mind to get the EQ stuff set with the PA.

On the other hand, it would be really cool if they started playing it again.

That was during the BJTV for Bounce and he was playing both Harlem Rain and If god was a women. I don't know...the fact that this is a band song gives me high hopes. If they can bring back DC, anything is possible. I think the type of song would lend well to the style they have currently.

It really would fit in well with the whole country vibe they've got going on. It would be awesome for them to play that. I don't really think it was played on the NJ tour even... I want to say it was very rarely played back in the day which is kind of odd since it is such a great song. I have always loved the lyrics/message in that one.

So cool to hear Richie just playing around with it... makes me wonder now too if it might make an appearance somewhere....

The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

I agree about fitting in with the country theme.

In fact, they should be bringing out Stick To Your Guns, Ride Cowboy Ride (just for a laugh), Santa Fe (even though its Jon's song, but why not - I bet they've never played that live and it would blow us all away), as well as obviously Dry County. Anything from These Days with cowboys in it though?

Damn, don't think so.....lol

Yeh he played it in the soundcheck for the o2, I think someone from the crowd shouted it out, dont think it was ever going to be played that night. I would seriously just go nuts if they played it!!

As much as I love the song, I don't think Santa Fe would come across all that brilliantly live nowadays

Maybe not, but you know what, I'd even forgive them an average performance just to hear it....lol

Did I forget to mention BLAZE at every show! (just 'cause its my favourite song and last time I've heard it was in Amsterdam on Bounce).
