When was this? Cool, not great, but cool

The second part of this youtube vid is an electric show, but i really can't tell where or when. It says Fort Lauderdale 1998 but I don't recall the band playing in that year?


It definitly looks between TD & Crush but was the a sort of one-off gig? A pre Crush tour rehearsal gig? The arena is fairly large but the stage/production looks just like nothing.

Also cool - richie playing a total different solo in You give love a bad name. He does not do that on tours, so must be some kind of 'in between gig'
