Yeah, but do I have to go through the Blueroom site or can I stick to Ticketmaster?

Buy over the phone

Simply call 2402* from your O2 mobile.
*
Buy online

You'll need a unique mobile code. It's a good idea to get it before the presale starts. Here's how:
1. Text BONJOVI to 2402*
2. The presale hasn't started yet. When the date and time at the top comes around, come back here and sign in. Then we'll give you the Ticketmaster link.
Guess it depends whether it's a uniquely created dynamic link to Ticketmaster or whether it's just something simple like ticketmaster.co.uk/bonjovio2blueroom - I'm guessing the first one and therefore we'll have go via Blueroom or phone.

NEVER EVER buy the O2 advanced tickets.
They are the tickets that wont sell due to being miles away.

fell for this trick the first time the played the O2 and i was up in the gods.

my mate bought the advance tickets for Twickenham last year and was past the halfway line.

just buy them when they go on sale normally

anyone know when that is by the way?

cheers

And how does Blueroom work? Would I have to input my mate's mobile number? Would she have to register?

Why O Why are they doing O2?

Things have changed since then.

I know a mate who had Block A2 tickets for Michael Jackson on the Pre-Sale

Pre-sale is a lottery as they have a spread of seats available and you can actually find if you discard your initial tickets because they are too far away or you're not happy with them, you can re-add a new set to your basket and find they are better than the ones you discarded.

With so many people going through checkout at once, if people are too slow or haven't logged in beforehand, their basket times out and their tickets are put back up for sale even if they were one of the first in the queue.

As was said before though, they don't put all of the best seats on sale in the pre-sale and some people who missed the pre-sale in 2007 actually landed better seats than those who were hitting F5 for about 15mins before they first went live on ticketmaster.

Luck of the draw and I'm so glad I'm not going to be pulling my hair out over it this time round. Roll on 2011!

Hello.
I haven't posted on here for a while. But thought I would give my 2p worth.

I fortunatly got a text about 20:00 last night and got my presale code shortly after. They do just send you a code and no other info about when tickets go on
sale. I thought this was strange so set about finding out. As others have said. Basically you need to sign up if a o2 member to o2blueroom. Once on they advise you tickets go on sale at 09:00 on Saturday 24th. You basically click on the link and it will take you to ticketmaster where you enter your code and book tickets.

For the people debating about if presale is worth it. I also got a presale code for the opening o2 show. I was originally given block A1 row 7 couldn't believe somehow mucked it up and lost the tickets and had to reapply. A minute or so later unbelieveably was offered block A1 row B!!!! Was the closest I had ever been! So it is worth dong.

As mentioned i have a code. And will do my best to get good seats tomorrow. If they give me crap seats will reject and try again. May even got for the middle of the dates first. Assuming most people will go for the first night.

Hope that does help

Rich
