Default Which Gate/Policy?????

I need some help. I have general admission tickets for the Philly show on July 15. Does anyone have any idea which gate I should go through for the easiest entry? Also, is there a policy about waiting too long outside until the gates open? That is, if I show up at 8 am on Saturday the 15th, am I going to be kicked out for some reason? Any help would be great appreciated. Thanks

No idea yet on where we will enter for the GA pit. Just be aware that fanclub, then auction ticket winners will get in before regular GA ticket holders. I don't know what the ballparks policy is on folks waiting out but at 8 a.m.you'll probably be okay. I'll be at this show too. See you there!

I'll also be in the GA pit for the philly show but as deb stated FC members get in first then the auction winners then everyone else who has GA tickets I'm sure they will have a separate line for those in GA, not sure which one probably won't know until the day of the show when you get there. I dont think they will do anything becuz I'm planning on getting there early that morning not to line but for tailgating and I'm sure there will be others there as well

just make sure you ask the people in front of you when you start queing to make sure your in the right que, i know a few people started queing at shows in europe and found out they were in the wrong que and had to go and join the correct que halfway through the day.

Hi

What's this tailgating then? I am coming from the UK to one of the Giants shows and I have been told to get there early as there will be lots of Tail Gaiting.

Can someone tell me as I am very intrigued

It's one of those American things. A pickup truck has what is called a tailgate. It's a panel at the very end of the pickup truck bed. It folds down and can be used as a table - or a seat. Before a lot of sporting events (American football especially) fans have taken to getting to the Stadium early and eating in the parking lot - and drinking before the game. Some people bring lots of food and grill or barbeque out. It's really a social thing - it's been going on since the seventies. Well - at some point concert goers picked up the habit for stadium shows too. So it's a time to meet before the concert in the parking lot and hang out with friends and eat and drink. Especially at concerts - there is lots of music being boomed from cars - usually the act that is playing that day. It can be a lot of fun - and in bad weather it can be really awful LOL.
