It's based on how you like the songs, not on whether it would flow, and you don't have to include the biggest hits or whatever. It's basically your 2 favourite songs on each album that would go into a setlist. What would they be?
2 songs from each album for a 22 song setlist? I thought they only have 10 studio albums? Are you counting Crossroad and/or the Box Set?

Assuming you consider Crossroad but not the box set, then Always and Saturday Night are a given. I'm not too fond of Always (Crossroad version - but I love the box set version), but I'll play along.

1. Runaway
2. Wild In The Streets
3. Bounce
4. Tokyo Road
5. Saturday Night
6. Something For The Pain
7. Always
8. Undivided
9. Just Older
10. I Love This Town
11. Secret Dreams
12. I'll Be There For You
13. Who Says You Can't Go Home
14. We Got It Going On
15. It's My Life
16. These Days
17. Get Ready
18. Have A Nice Day
19. Keep The Faith
20. Livin On A Prayer

Encores
21. Blood On Blood
22. In These Arms

I think that will flow decently.
