this is hard....

i think i have to put the 1990 double Christmas Benefit shows right there at the top...

nj 1989....

nah probably Lisbon....ive never really been a part of anything like that before and again the people.... jon hasnt sounded this good in well since i really can remember....

maybe storytellers bc it was over 4 hours of awwesomeness...

the borgata shows were fantastic....

the fanclub show was out of this world....

china club was awesome....

hmmm id have to think more to rack and stack....

nothing besides nj 1989 comes to mind from any nj shows, oh besides borgata......maybe the rainstorm show....

that being said ive never seen a BAD bon jovi show....so the ones above would have to be ordered...

1. Giants Stadium, New Jersey, USA, 29th July 2006 (Night 3)
Saturday Nights Alright For Fighting, Dancing In The Streets, Wildflower, I Am, Undivided, Blood On Blood, These Days, Wild Is The Wind.

This was the show that I shouldn't have attended for personal reasons. Having already been to 10 shows on the HAND tour, the big one, or Night 3 at Giants Stadium was the one that I was looking forward to the most. I sat up in the stands and had an absolute blast. Jons fabulous mood and the set made the show what it was. The show even opened with a Marching Band for the first time since the These Days tour, if memory serves me correct. The whole atmosphere inside the venue that night is something I won't ever forget. It's one that I almost don't want to be beaten as it holds a lot of special memories for me. It was also the last time BJ performed a full concert at the old statium.

2. 02 Arena, London, England, 19th June 2010 (Night 7)
Happy Now, Wild In The Streets, Wild Is The Wind, Paint It Black, Open All Night, Damond Ring, Something To Believe In. Incredible version of Someday I'll Be Saturday Night.

Last minute decision to go to this one. Couldn't get tickets for love nor money in the higher sections when I rang up, so decided to just go for it and buy slightly more expensive ones. We ended up on the barrier right outside the small arena stage setup and had a fantastic view with no obstructions. The show was filled with raraties, that you just didn't know what was coming next. I say Jon was possessed that particular night. The whole run at The 02 was memorable, but this one is one I am very thankful for.

3. Parque de la Vista, Lisbon, Portugal, 31st July 2011
Get Ready, It's Hard Letting You Go, Any Other Day, These Days, I Believe, This Aint A Love Song, Always.

This show was made special by not only the incredidble setlist, but the people I attended the show with. Many of the folk on JT assembled in the park this day, and we all hang out before and during the show. It's often great to watch a show with like-midned die-hards, who can all get excited by the rare segments throughout the day.

If I was to pick a 4th and 5th favourite show, I would probably chose Hyde Park, London 2003 and RDS Arena, Dublin 2011.

I thought it interesting that you also counted among your best shows one that converted you all over again. They definitely still have "it."

May I ask why you never thought you'd see that show? Was it because you thought the band were done after 1996, or because you never thought you'd see them with that much drive and passion?

Night 1 Toronto 2005
"Rumours of our death have been greatly exaggerated." Band was in top form that night. I don't think any show is going to top that - the energy of the crowd and the band was incredible. I remember coming home that night and thinking "did that just happen?"

March 20, 2010, Bell Centre, Montreal, Canada
Made the decision to go the show 6 hours before it started and am glad I did. The energy was unreal in Montreal and I got to hear a killer version of "Always". Montreal is now on my list of "must see" concerts

July 16, 2011 Maimarkt Gelände, Mannheim, Germany
My first European show! Band was on fire and hearing "Hey God" made being awake for 30 hours worth it. Plus, I got to see the show with a great group of people.

Itīs hard for me to decide. The band has been there for the most part of my life and it would be difficult to pick just one concert as the most memorable one.

If someone held a gun on my forehead and forced me to make my choice, Iīd say Helsinki 1989 has been the greatest concert Iīve ever experienced. By the time, I had already seen them in the same place the previous year and the bandīs energy levels had clearly declined a bit during the long NJ tour. Still, that second leg concert was superior because in a way, it was a bit more down-to-earth and relaxed than the predecessor. The band was world-weary yet more self-confident. That time it was more like quality over quantity. (Donīt get me wrong, anyway, the 88 show was obviosly the most dramatic rock concert Iīve ever experienced... And I was just 16 by the time!)

The KTF concert in Finland in April 93 was another one to remember. It was my first time seeing them in the front row and getting a high five from JB and RS wasnīt exactly a subtle thing!

Having been nostalgic in here now, I have to point out that I enjoyed the TC /GH tour very much. Especially the Vienna show was spectacular and compares to the past memories described above.

For me..... Giants 2001-07-28 fantastic show... great audience and end of tour, and Gijon (Spain) 1996-06-04 the band was on fire and it was around 3 hours of show..... great great perfomance

Tough to pick, but I'll try to narrow it down later. The ones in contention would probably be:
Central Park: 7/12/08
NMS Night 2: 5/27/10
MSG Night '11 Night 2: 2/25/11
Prudential Center Night 3: 10/28/07
NMS Night 3: 5/29/10

8/7/03 at Giants Stadium is up there as well, but more because it was my first show ever, and was in a monsoon rainstorm.

They had been gone for so long I had sorta given up. I really didn't expect them to "come back". Jon was so into making movies at the time that I just figured the band was over.

And then I walked out of that show blown away all over again.

These guys have done that to me a few times in their career - I was drifting away and they sucked me right back in with a live performance.

It happened to my husband this summer on the European tour. He went for the sightseeing mostly - not for all the shows. And then we went to the Udine, Italy show and he got sucked back in all over again.
