I could agree with Feeder and Kasabian. I saw Ash support The Darkness last year and they were crap.

Bon Jovi don't need a support band, no one takes any interest in the support half of the time.

...saw Ash a few times & they always rocked & i think Meltdown is a mega cd

No support band would be boring - if it is a good one, IŽll always go for one

The Goos were one of the worst acts I've ever seen. I love their music so I was really disappointed that they acted high/drunk on stage. Johnny mumbled everything and Robbie was spazzing out like a madman.

No support act would be great--just 3 hours of Jovi.

Then again, if Keith was supporting them, it might light a fire under their asses to have to live up to a great show. Maybe that's what they need--not necessarily Keith because he's a headliner himself--but someone who puts on a hell of a show--energetic with strong pure vocals and diverse guitar solos. Jon said the day they were afraid of an opening act, they didn't deserve to headline. I haven't seen enough rock acts who would be appropriately placed in an opening slot to name a specific act. But if there's one out there that would potentially steal their thunder, that's the one they need. If there's one thing I'm sure of about Jon's personality, he would rise to that challenge if presented.

I would love to see Keith Urban as a support act for Bon Jovi

Other than that...I love Picture House & Paddy Casey so yeah they would be great for me

Personally, I'm all for support acts, I like seeing other bands play live. On the Bounce tour I really enjoyed Live's performance and even if I didn't like the support act, who cares, they're only on for like 45 minutes, so no big deal.

My dream list of support acts would go like this:

Matchbox Twenty (absolutely sick I couldn't go in 2001 when they opened for Bon Jovi) but maybe it's not all doom and gloom. I read over at bakstage that Rob Thomas gave an interview to some radio station and he was talking about how difficult it was for him to get his album out to all markets and he said Jon Bon Jovi asked him to come out on tour with them. Now it wasn't clear from the poster if this was in relation to when MB20 opened in 2001, I assume it wasn't since Rob was talking about "his" album. Would be ****ing awesome if it all works out.

Keith Urban would be absolutely brilliant too, it wouldn't be out of the question for him to open in Europe either.

The Calling would also be good.

I didn't like 'Live' at Hyde Park, I would have preferred to see the Goo Goo Dolls.

I think Kaiser Chiefs would be perfect.
