Default Why aren't the guys coming to Eastern Europe???

Fu*k!!!I'll have to go to Germany or Austria to see them! What crap.I'd give anything to see them in Romania. Here is a pretty large fan comunity.Sure it's not as big as the fan base METALLICA or IRON MAIDEN has but here are pretty much people who would come to their show.

I'm sorry, but I don't know. I feel sorry for you guys there. Maybe the band doesn't get adequate offers to play there. In some interview during the Crush tour back in 2000 Dave said that for the OWN-Tour 2001 they were planning to tour Eastern Europe too. But no shows there as far as I can remember...It's not fair for guys like you who want to see BJ play shows there.

anyway - keep the faith, Johannes

I know how you feel about BJ not coming to your country. Coming from Finland, we were used to having Bon Jovi "automatically" come to Finland on every European tour. In 2000 we even had 2 shows here. But in 2001 and now they aren't coming. Finland has always been a good country for the band, and the fans here are loyal to the end. And Bon Jovi's first ever arena show (headlining) was right here in Finland in 1985, if I'm not mistaken... But I'm afraid that Finland won't see another Bon Jovi show ever again. Don't know why that is, maybe because it's some distance from the central Europe, and also because the market here isn't that big.

This time I'm not so bothered about this since we were planning to go tour in Europe anyways, it's a shame though for a lot of Finnish/Eastern European fans who won't/can't take the time/money to go to Germany for instance.

I guess generally, those days are over when they used to go to all these different places to rock the people who normally wouldn't get all these big bands coming over. They just focus on going to the bigger market areas. It's understandable of course, they have families and other duties as well, so I'm not really complaining. But it's a pity.

Whoopsie - what was supposed to be a line of sympathy turned out to be a novel...

No matter what they say, Bon Jovi is Best Rock!

The same happens to Spain; in the last seven years they have only played an acoustic show (well, i've to say that it was BIGGER THAN LIFE!!!); they havent come in the last 2 tours and they're not coming in the next tour; so we have to travel as usual, germany is our destination.
