It's OK. Ahh I see. It has been said before, they have been on here. But you're right, they'd be more likely to go to Backstage. I just hope they keep it up, whatever it is! (sorry if I'm making no sense again. )

yeah jon used the moniker krb123 or something like that

touch wood (and i'm only saying this because i dont think it is a farewell tour) but i'd be kinda glad if it was because it sounds like the tour has been amazing and i'm really expecting something special next week.

i'd rather them go out on a high than see them on an official lets cash in and churn out the old dirge farewell tour...

If I had to guess, and this is a pure guess, I think the negative reviews from the Pru shows have a lot to do with this. It's pretty obvious that the band, and especially JBJ, love the idea that the band has a lasting legacy. Therefore I think the concept of doing a ten night run opening a Jersey arena (which as much as this comparison usually irks me me, is a very Springsteen move) really appealed to them. So for Jon and the guys to have this big historic run ripped apart at it's start had to be a huge shot to the band's ego. Especially since they pride themselves as such a great live band. Now, I went to three Pru shows, two of them were spectacular (Nights 3 and 9) and one (Night 10) was a major disappointment. However, from everything I've heard I got very lucky to be at numbers 3 and 9, and the rest of the run was a lot closer to the disappointing show. I mean, the first rarities started showing up in the Canadian Tour the next month. I'm not saying this is one-hundred the reason, as the tour went through several stagnant runs after this, but I think it's food for thought. Honestly, I also thing the documentary has a bit to do with it.

Well if I were in the band's position I'd probably check out what the fanbase was saying, and not just the "paid up" fans either. But I wouldn't know what Bon Jovi's thinking is.

All I know is this better not be the end because I need to save up for the next tour and hope the band has more treats for us then too.

LOL I guess they do play what the so called non payed up fans want.. because thats all the hits isn't it.. A heap of people at shows just don't care about Dry County or Richie singing. Hell I saw one video where he was singing LIS and no-one near the platform was singing one word of it.

The fanbase is diverse.. whether you are on backstage, here or nowhere.. they try to cater for them all.

But I guess what you were trying to say is you wanted them to visit here LOL.. but remember plenty of members here are members who are paid up as well..

Haha yeah I know all that.... what I meant was diehards who aren't necessarily Backstagers. I should have worded that better LOL.

I just cannot understand how he can suddenly sing songs that he has not been able to for quite some time. Lets hope this continues. The band seem to be happy but it is a shame that the ticket sales are not too good. I am at Twickenham night 2 and I hope we get a good crowd.

I worry. I am at Twickenham night 1 and they might save all the surprises for night 2. I won't be bothered really, it's my first show and I just want a good show(and Livin' In Sin!)

Don't worry. Often it happens when two shows are in a row that the first one is better than the 2nd one.

Thanks for reassuring me. Tbh, as long as they put on a good show I'm happy
