Well, between the 10 Nights in Jersey in Oct/Nov and the fact that they're (most likely) gonna play 2-3 Giants Stadium dates, hat explains the lack of NY/NJ stops.
As for Mass., I'd think they'll play Foxboro and/or Fenway Park in the summer, so they won't play any winter dates to keep a demand.
